What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 21 days of purchase in the original condition they were sent in (tags and liners attached) for a full refund. Anemos offers free returns on domestic orders. Please include your original packing list with your return. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in the original form of payment. If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price. All returns are subject to inspection- items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender.
How do I return my order?
To initiate your domestic return, please click here. When your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a prepaid shipping label to your email. Please allow up to ten business days for you to receive your refund.
At this time international orders are final sale, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any special return circumstances like defects or other issues.
How I exchange an item?
To exchange a style for a different size or color, please click here. We offer complimentary shipping on exchanges. Direct exchange requests will be fulfilled dependent on stock availability. If the item is out of stock you will be automatically notified.

Only regular priced items may be refunded to the original form of payment, sale items can be refunded for merchandise credit. Sale merchandise may also be exchanged for different sizing.
